Altes Museum Admission


The Old Museum is one of the five museums on the famous Museum Island dedicated to classical antiquity. Built in 1823-1830 according to the designs of Karl Friedrich Schinkel, the Alte Museum is one of the most important monuments of classicism in Berlin.

Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun: 10:00-18:00 o'clock
Thu: 10:00-20:00 o'clock

Important information

The slot tickets allows entry to the museum for 15 minutes. Upon entry you are permitted to stay as long as you would like. Children and young people under the age of 18 are admitted free of charge. Please note that tickets cannot be cancelled.

Reduced (students with ID, trainees, people with disabilities (GdB 50%). Free admission for children under 18 years.
