After the booking process, an online-ticket of your Berlin Card will be sent to you as a pdf attachment. For ticket validation print it out on A4 paper and carry it with you.
The online-ticket is valid automatically for the person named and the period selected in the e-ticket.
Remember to carry your passport with you during the whole city trip when using Berlin’s public transport system with your Berlin Card. The online ticket is only valid with an official photo ID upon request.
A rescission or exchange of the online-ticket is not possible.
