Museumsinsel Admission

Berlin's Museum Island is a magnificent work of art in its own right, an extraordinary ensemble of five world-renowned museums (Pergamonmuseum, Neues Museum, Altes Museum, Bode Museum, Alte Nationalgalerie) on an island in River Spree right in the heart of Berlin's city centre. With the opening of the Old Museum in 1830, historically important collections will be accessible to the public for the first time. In about 100 years, five museums will be built on the site. Since 1999, the Museum Island has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
