Due to the current situation, we recommend that you plan your museum visit well in advance. Please note that for some museums an additional free time slot ticket must be booked in advance. visitBerlin therefore strongly recommends reserving a free timed admission tickets earlier in the day at the museum or in one of our Berlin Tourist Information Offices.

Terms of Use Museum Pass Berlin
Every 1st Sunday of the month is Museum Sunday in Berlin. Most museums have free admission then. Please also note the opening hours: On Mondays, the National Museums in Berlin are closed.

Important information
Please note that the tickets can not be canceled. The reduced price museum pass is valid for pupils, students, volunteers, persons in receipt of transfer benefits („ALG II“ unemployment benefit, social welfare benefit, basic allowance or benefits under the German social welfare law for asylum seekers and in possession of the relevant identification) and disabled people (valid proof of being disabled at min 50%) on presentation of evidence.

Ticket owner: A free time-slot ticket for each museum is also required.
Please also note the opening hours: the National Museums in Berlin are closed on Mondays. Other houses are closed on Tuesdays. On every 1st Sunday of the month there is also the Museum Sunday in Berlin. Most museums have free admission then.
Note: New prices from 1 July 2023: 32.00 EUR / reduced* 16.00 EUR. All museum passes purchased before the price change on 01.07.23 will remain valid for 3 years.
