A trip on a luxury private yacht Landing stage: Paul-Löbe-Haus / Reichstag Adult
Description
A yacht on the River Spree — with mahogany, brass and a maximum of 30 guests
The FITZGERALD is neither a ferry nor an excursion boat. She is a motor yacht in the style of 1920s commuter yachts - steel hull, hand-crafted mahogany superstructure, leather upholstery, brass details. The moment you step aboard you know: this is different. A maximum of 30 people on board, relaxing on the sun deck, the covered aft deck with set tables, the cushioned lounging areas on the foredeck or in the salon that feels like a yacht club. Welcome aboard the FITZGERALD.
An hour that gives you energy - instead of draining it
Forget the sightseeing rush for 60 minutes. On the FITZGERALD everything is taken care of: the crew in white uniforms brings drinks to your table, where fresh flowers and a white tablecloth await. The captain steers the yacht silently beneath the bridges - all you hear is the lapping of the Spree, the soft clink of glasses and a hand-picked playlist that unfolds its full magic in the quiet.
On the outbound leg our audio guide (German/English) takes you through the city - telling of the boat inspections during the Wall era as we pass the Marshallbrücke, of the Palace of Tears and its stories, of Museum Island, the City Palace, the Nikolaiviertel. After the turn the guide falls silent and leaves you to your thoughts: background music sets in, the impressions settle. The return journey is yours - drink in hand, gaze on the water, the city drifting by.
The FITZGERALD is not another item on the sightseeing checklist. She is the pause in between that becomes the highlight.
