It is the hour when the city exhales - and it is exactly this hour when the HEMINGWAY casts off. On board, set tables await with a glass of Crémant. A hand-picked playlist begins. No announcements, no programme. Just an evening on the water, shared by Berliners and visitors alike.

Over 115 years old - and the silence that carries the evening

The HEMINGWAY is a historic salon vessel - wood- panelled interiors, a real wheelhouse, charm that has grown over more than a century. Since 2025 she glides across the Spree on a fully electric drive - so quiet that every guitar string becomes audible and the lapping at the bow sets the rhythm of the evening. On the sun deck someone leans back in the evening sun. On the aft deck a group raises their glasses, someone laughs. In the salon a couple watches the city pass by in the warm light.

Outside, Berlin drifts past - Museum Island, the City Palace, the Reichstag - not as programme items but as what they are at dusk: one of the most beautiful backdrops in Europe. Along the banks the nightlife begins, people wave at the ship. The sundowner tour is an evening on the water - with great music, a drink in hand and a city that is just settling into the night.
