The lovingly and uniquely designed apartments let guests feel at home immediately. The interior is handpicked, simple and tasteful, and at the same time you will find everything you need to enjoy complete independence and to truly live like a local. The kitchenette offers everything from coffee spoons to pasta strainers.

The hotel has communal washing machine and dryer and keeps all desirable extras from yoga mats to highchairs.

The building received the Berlin Architectural Award in 2003 and is run as a family business by the architects.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Ankunft in bar (EC/Maestro wie bar). Bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte erheben wir eine Gebühr von 3.5%. Sie können den Betrag auch überweisen.

STORNIERUNG:
bis zu 21 Tagen vor Ankunft entstehen keine Kosten, danach erheben wir eine Stornierungsgebühr von 50 % der Gesamtkosten bis zu 7 Tagen vor Ankunftszeit und 85 % danach. Stornierung an oder nach dem Tag der Ankunft: 100% der Gesamtkosten.
